Encore Weekender is promoted by MCC Promotions, 137 York Road, Belfast BT15 3GZ ("we", "us"). By purchasing a ticket you agree to these terms.

1. Tickets and entry

• All tickets are for over 18s only. Challenge 25 is in operation; valid photo ID (passport, driving licence or PASS card) is required for entry. No ID, no entry, no refund.
• Your e-ticket (order reference and QR code) must be presented on the gate. Each QR code admits the number of people shown on the order and is scanned once.
• Doors open at 14:00 and the event ends at 23:00. Last entry 20:00. No re-admission.
• Weekend passes are issued as a single wristband on first entry and must be worn for the duration of the weekend. Lost wristbands are not replaced.
• Tickets are personal licences to attend and remain our property. Tickets may not be resold for profit or used for promotions, competitions or hospitality packages without our written consent. Tickets resold in breach of this clause may be cancelled without refund.

2. Payment, fees and confirmation

• Ticket prices are in pounds sterling. A booking fee of £3.50 per ticket applies and is shown before payment.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your order is confirmed only when payment is received.
• Where tickets are reserved pending payment, the reservation lapses if payment is not completed by the deadline stated in our email.

3. Refunds, cancellation and changes

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as set out below. Statutory cancellation rights do not apply to tickets for leisure events on a specific date.
• If an event night is cancelled, or rescheduled to a date you cannot attend, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket face value. Booking fees are refunded where the event is cancelled by us.
• Line-ups, set times and running orders are subject to change. Changes to the advertised line-up do not entitle you to a refund.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of your request being accepted.

4. At the event

• Admission is subject to search. Prohibited items include glass, alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, professional recording equipment and large bags.
• We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person who is intoxicated, behaves anti-socially or breaches these terms, without refund.
• The event takes place outdoors. Dress for the weather — the show goes on rain or shine.
• By attending you consent to being filmed and photographed as a member of the audience, and to that footage being used in our promotional material.

5. Your data

We use your details to fulfil your order, send essential event information and, where you have opted in, our marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time). We do not sell your data. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us.

6. Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property, or for travel and accommodation costs. These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
